Yoga United, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current
privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our
website. By accessing Yoga United/Om-Pass.com, you acknowledge and fully understand Yoga United, LLC’s
Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this
Website Privacy Statement.
2. Participating Merchant Policies
Related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy
statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online
merchants and others who participate in Yoga United, LLC services are encouraged to participate in industry

- Web Server Logs

when you place your order that says: Do not send me membership email.
We will never introduce features that may impact a web surfer's privacy. We use cookies to keep track of your order,
so if you should leave or get disconnected you can return and shop up to three hours later without losing your
shopping cart. Please Note: We DO log your IP address for security reasons. It is necessary to protect our rights
and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate, to protect the personal safety of staff or of the public.
The information we collect from our e-mail or feedback form is for internal review and is discarded, used to improve
our site, or used to contact those who have contacted us for information. If you supply us with your name, phone or

4. Use of Web Beacons or GIF files
Yoga United, LLC/www.Om-Pass.com Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons – sometimes also called
single-pixel gifs – that allow Yoga United, LLC to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded
services. Yoga United, LLC may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine
whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our
advertising campaigns or email communications. These Web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a
